Summary
This study collects blood or tissue samples and medical information from 3600 people visiting a genetics clinic. The goal is to store these materials for future research to better understand how genes work and what causes genetic diseases. Participants must be new patients at the clinic and provide consent; those who do not speak Dutch cannot join.
