New study tests if bioactive fillings save more teeth from decay

Summary
This study looked at 50 adults aged 18-40 with deep cavities in their back teeth. Dentists removed only the decayed part and filled the tooth with either a bioactive or a standard non-bioactive material. The goal was to see which filling kept the tooth healthy and pain-free longer. Results were checked over 18 months.
