New dental fillings tested in diabetic patients

Summary

This study looks at how well a new type of dental filling (bioactive restorative system) works in people with controlled diabetes compared to those without diabetes. Fifty adults needing a filling in a back tooth will be followed for 18 months. Researchers will check for discoloration, fit, color match, cavities, wear, and tooth sensitivity.
