This study tests whether a special bioactive leg sleeve (Reparel) works better than standard TED compression stockings for reducing leg swelling, pain, and blood clot risk after hip replacement surgery. About 50 adults aged 18-89 having a first hip replacement will take part. The goal is to see if the new sleeve improves comfort and recovery.
