Summary

This study explores how binge drinking affects blood pressure and blood vessel function in adults aged 50-64. It compares binge drinkers to non-drinkers and moderate drinkers, then tests whether 8 weeks of aerobic exercise can improve these measures. The goal is to understand the body's response and see if exercise is a feasible way to reduce harm.
