Can special sounds ease surgery pain?

Summary
This study is testing whether listening to binaural beats (special audio tones) or music of your choice can help reduce pain and anxiety right after knee or hip replacement surgery. Researchers will compare these audio methods in 50 adults recovering from surgery. They will measure pain levels, anxiety, and how much pain medication is needed.
