Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug called BI 765179, an antibody that helps the immune system fight cancer. It is given alone or with other drugs (ezabenlimab or pembrolizumab) to adults with advanced solid tumors or head and neck cancer. The study aims to find the best dose and see if the combination shrinks tumors. Participants are monitored for up to 2 years.
