First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new daily pill, BH-30236, for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or a high-risk pre-leukemia condition (MDS) that has returned or not responded to prior treatments. The study will first find the safest dose, then test it alone or with another drug (venetoclax) in up to 170 participants. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or eliminate cancer cells while managing side effects.
