NCT ID NCT07172568

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 38 times

Summary

This study tests whether blood flow restriction (BFR) training can reduce pain and improve elbow function in people with tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). About 40 adults who have had symptoms for more than 6 weeks but less than 12 months and haven't gotten relief from physical therapy will be enrolled. Participants will do exercises with a special cuff that limits blood flow to the arm, and researchers will track pain, strength, and daily function for 3 months.
