Summary

This study tests a new DNA-based method (Next Generation Sequencing) to detect bacteria in urine from women with UTI symptoms whose standard urine culture shows very few bacteria. The goal is to see if this advanced technique can find hidden infections and guide better treatment. 100 women will provide urine samples and report symptom changes after targeted antibiotics.
