Summary

This study tested whether treating binge eating disorder (BED) could also help improve type 2 diabetes. Researchers worked with 34 adults who had both conditions, providing them with therapy focused on changing eating behaviors. They measured changes in binge eating episodes, blood sugar control, and heart health risks before and after the treatment program.
