Summary

This study aimed to find out which of two advanced types of 3 Tesla MRI brain scans is better at detecting active, inflamed lesions in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers compared two specific scanning techniques in 180 adults with MS who needed a brain scan for their care. The goal was to improve the accuracy of MRI for diagnosing and monitoring MS activity.
