Heart-Saving drug showdown for dialysis patients

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common blood pressure medications works better for people receiving dialysis. It will compare metoprolol, which is filtered out during dialysis, to carvedilol, which is not. The goal is to see which drug more effectively prevents heart attacks, strokes, heart failure hospitalizations, and death in this high-risk group.
