New teletherapy study aims to boost emotional health in brain injury survivors

Summary

This study compares two remote training programs to see which better helps people with mild traumatic brain injury (concussion) improve their emotional health and well-being. It involves 300 adults who are at least 6 months post-injury and have trouble identifying or managing emotions. Participants complete 8 one-on-one video sessions over a month, plus four check-ins over 8 months.
