Summary
This study aims to find the most effective surgery for pilonidal sinus, a painful skin condition near the tailbone that often comes back after treatment. It will compare four different surgical methods in 80 teenagers aged 12 to 18. The goal is to identify which procedure causes less pain and has the lowest chance of the problem returning.
