First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at how eating berries, such as cloudberries and lingonberries, changes tiny particles called extracellular vesicles that help cells talk to each other. Researchers will study 60 healthy adults to see how berries affect gut bacteria and immune signals. The goal is to understand how berries support health at a cellular level.
