Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called BEN301 for people with autoimmune diseases like scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren's syndrome, and inflammatory myopathies. BEN301 uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR-Tregs) to calm the overactive immune system. The main goals are to check safety and see if it helps control disease symptoms.
