Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, belumosudil and rituximab, as the first treatment for people with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD), a complication after a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if this approach can control the disease and reduce the need for steroids. About 25 adults who have not yet received major treatment for cGVHD will participate.
