Summary
This Phase 2 study tests a combination of four drugs—belantamab mafodotin, carfilzomib, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone—in people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to treatment. The goal is to see if this mix can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 83 adults will take part for up to 24 months.
