Summary

This study looked at whether isometric exercises (like squats and planks) or aerobic exercises (like running) are better at lowering blood pressure in teenagers aged 13 to 17.5 who are overweight or have obesity. 38 teens took part in three visits, including blood tests, body measurements, and 24-hour blood pressure monitoring before and after a single exercise session. The goal is to find which type of exercise helps teens manage their blood pressure more effectively.
