First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study is testing whether a personalized care plan, which includes advanced genomic testing and immunotherapy, can help people with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer live longer and feel better. About 3,500 current or former smokers with this cancer will be followed to see if tailored treatments improve survival and quality of life compared to standard care. The goal is to find the most effective and less toxic therapies for each patient.
