Summary

This study tests whether taking a daily low-dose aspirin can reduce the risk of major heart problems and strokes in people who have survived a brain bleed (intracerebral hemorrhage). About 5,676 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either aspirin or a placebo for up to three years. The goal is to see if the benefits of preventing clots outweigh the risk of causing another bleed.
