Summary
This study tests a new model called B-COMPASS that uses a 22-question survey to predict how well patients will follow their treatment plans. About 3100 adults with heart disease, diabetes, immune disorders, nerve conditions, cancer, or rare diseases will take part across Europe. The goal is to see if the model can accurately identify who needs extra support, so doctors can offer personalized help and improve health outcomes.
