Summary

This study looked at whether playing recreational beach tennis twice a week for 12 weeks could lower blood pressure and improve fitness in people with hypertension. 42 adults with high blood pressure who were not already exercising took part. The researchers measured their blood pressure over 24 hours and tested their physical fitness before and after the program.
