Summary
This study tests whether a simple bedside exercise program helps older adults (65+) recover mobility faster after surgery. Participants either follow a daily exercise plan during their hospital stay or receive usual care. The goal is to reduce time spent in bed, shorten hospital stays, and lower complication rates.
