First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a procedure called a bilateral cervical sympathetic block (BCSB) can help reduce symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and traumatic brain injury in Special Operations Veterans. Some participants will receive the block alone, while others will also get structured therapy. The goal is to see if the block improves symptoms and if adding therapy makes the benefits last longer.
