Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (botensilimab, balstilimab, and regorafenib) in people with a type of advanced colorectal cancer that is hard to treat (MSS type) and has worsened after standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this mix can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth. About 28 adults will take part, and the study will first find the best dose and then check how well it works.
