Summary

This early-stage study tests an experimental oral drug called BBI-940 in adults with advanced or metastatic breast cancer. The drug works by breaking down a protein that helps cancer cells grow. It is given alone or with another drug (fulvestrant). The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose. About 96 people will take part.
