Summary

This study tests whether basic body awareness therapy (gentle movement and mindfulness exercises) combined with lifestyle advice can reduce migraine attacks and improve daily life. Forty adults aged 18–55 who have at least three migraines per month will take part. Researchers will track headache severity, sleep quality, and disability before and after 8 weeks of treatment.
