Summary
This study tested whether listening to a 30-minute selection of baroque music could reduce anxiety in 18 adults with major depressive disorder and anxiety symptoms. Participants listened to pieces chosen to represent a journey from tension to calm. The main goal was to see if anxiety scores on a standard questionnaire improved after the session.
