Summary
This study is testing different ways to treat Gram-negative bloodstream infections, which can be serious and hard to treat. Researchers will compare antibiotic approaches in 2,500 hospitalized adults to see which strategies lead to better survival, fewer complications, and less antibiotic resistance. The goal is to refine treatment and improve patient outcomes.
