First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study compares two types of training—core stability exercises and cognitive (brain) training—to see which better improves balance and ankle control in people with chronic ankle instability. About 45 adults aged 18–30 with a history of ankle sprains will participate. The goal is to find better ways to help people regain stability and reduce the risk of future sprains.
