Summary
This study tests whether adding sensory integration training—exercises that challenge the body's balance systems (vision, inner ear, and touch)—to standard balance exercises can improve standing balance in adults aged 60 and older who have a moderate risk of falls. Twenty-eight participants will be randomly assigned to either sensory-plus-conventional training or conventional training alone, three times a week for six weeks. Balance is measured before and after the program using standard clinical tests.
