Summary
This study is testing a special exercise program designed to help people with diabetic nerve damage. The program combines balance training with mental tasks to see if it improves stability, reduces fall risk, and helps with mild memory problems. Researchers will compare this new turning-based training to a standard exercise program in 44 participants over eight weeks.
