Summary
This study tested whether a vaginal suppository containing baclofen, a muscle relaxant, can reduce pain in women with chronic pelvic pain. 39 women used either the baclofen suppository or a placebo nightly for 8 weeks. The goal was to see if pain scores improved more with the active treatment.
