Can meditation plus sleep therapy ease your back pain?
NCT ID NCT07298941
Summary
This study is testing whether adding meditation or pain education to a proven sleep therapy program can better reduce pain for adults who have both chronic low back pain and long-term insomnia. Researchers will compare three approaches: the standard sleep therapy alone, sleep therapy plus meditation, and sleep therapy plus pain education. The goal is to see which combination most effectively lowers pain intensity and improves sleep and daily life for the 300 participants.
