Summary
This study looked at how the drug azvudine is processed by the body and whether it is safe in healthy adults (ages 18-45) and healthy elderly people (ages 60-85). Twenty-four volunteers took a single dose and then a daily dose for a week. The goal was to gather information, not to treat any disease.
