Summary
This study looked at whether the antibiotic azithromycin can help children aged 2 to 14 with steroid-sensitive nephrotic syndrome achieve remission faster and have fewer relapses. 160 children took part. The goal was to see if adding azithromycin to standard care improves outcomes like protein levels in urine and swelling.
