New hope for advanced prostate cancer: experimental drug AZD9750 enters human trials

Summary
This study tests a new drug called AZD9750, alone or with another drug (saruparib), in people whose prostate cancer has spread to other parts of the body and is no longer controlled by standard treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it can shrink tumors or lower PSA levels. About 300 adults with metastatic prostate cancer will take part.
