Summary

This is the first study in humans testing a new cancer drug called AZD9592. Researchers want to find safe doses and see if it helps control advanced cancers like lung, head/neck, and colorectal tumors. The study will test AZD9592 alone and combined with other cancer treatments in about 400 patients.
