Summary
This early-stage study tested an experimental inhaler called AZD8630 in 24 adults with asthma who already use medium-to-high dose steroid inhalers and long-acting bronchodilators. Participants took the drug once daily for 2 weeks to check its safety, how the body processes it, and its effect on airway inflammation. The goal was to see if it is safe enough for further testing.
