This study tests a drug called AZD5363 in 35 adults whose cancers have a specific genetic change (AKT mutation). The drug blocks a protein that helps cancer cells grow. Researchers want to see if it can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. Participants have advanced solid tumors, lymphoma, or multiple myeloma that haven't responded to other treatments.
