Summary

This study tests a drug called axatilimab in Japanese patients with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) that has not improved after at least two prior treatments. cGVHD is a complication of stem cell transplants where donor cells attack the patient's body. The goal is to see if axatilimab can control the disease and improve symptoms. About 21 participants aged 6 and older will take part.
