NCT ID NCT06263478

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests a drug called axatilimab in Japanese patients with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) that has not responded to at least two prior treatments. cGVHD is a complication after a stem cell or bone marrow transplant where the donor cells attack the patient's body. The goal is to see if axatilimab can control the disease and improve symptoms. About 21 participants aged 6 and older will receive the drug, and researchers will monitor their response over several months.
