Summary

This study tested a special belt that automatically tightens around the belly to help people whose blood pressure drops sharply when they stand up. 28 adults with autonomic failure (including multiple system atrophy) tried the device. The goal was to see if it safely improves standing blood pressure and eases symptoms like dizziness and fatigue.
