First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looks at how emotions change throughout the menstrual cycle in autistic women. Researchers will compare them to women with borderline personality disorder, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and women without any diagnosed condition. The goal is to better understand emotional ups and downs and how they relate to premenstrual symptoms. 90 women aged 18-45 with regular cycles will track their feelings daily using a smartphone app.
