Summary
This study is creating a national registry to collect detailed health information from 1000 adults in Austria diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), a serious heart condition. The goal is to better understand how the disease progresses, identify patterns, and ultimately improve care standards across the country. It involves collecting data from medical exams, tests, and family history, but does not test a new treatment.
