Summary
This study is a registry that will collect health information from 1000 people with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) across Austria. Researchers will track symptoms, medical history, test results, and genetics to better understand the disease and improve future care. Participants will not receive any new treatment, but their data will help doctors learn more about HCM.
