Summary

This study tests a small, FDA-cleared device that gently stimulates nerves in the ear to reduce pain and improve daily function in 240 veterans with fibromyalgia. Half will get the real device, half a sham, and researchers will track pain levels and brain activity over 24 weeks. The goal is to find a safe, non-drug option for chronic pain.
