Summary

This study looks at whether a single session of audio-based therapy can reduce anxiety in adults with psoriasis. About 120 participants will listen to a 23-30 minute audio program at home and complete surveys before and after. The goal is to see if this easy-to-access tool can improve mood and anxiety symptoms.
