Summary
This study is testing if a single 30-minute audio therapy session can help reduce anxiety in adults with psoriasis. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety, mood, and itch severity before and after participants listen to the audio at home. The goal is to see if this easy-to-access method can help manage the emotional distress often linked to the skin condition.
