This study tested whether an audio instructional program about puberty could improve self-concept and healthy behaviors in teenage girls with visual impairment. 46 girls aged 12-18 from two schools in Egypt participated. The program covered topics like menstruation and body changes, and results showed it helped improve their self-concept and healthy habits.
