Summary
This early-stage study tested a new oral medication called ATX-559 in patients with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see how the drug behaves in the body. The trial was terminated after enrolling 17 participants and focused on specific cancer types including certain breast and colorectal cancers.
